OPERATION: BIOHAZARD will commence rain or shine!
The forecast does not call for rain.  Only "mild showers possible."
Those who think gas mags won't work in the rain needn't fret.  The rain will create
humidity around the human body and with the GBBs being either in holster on the
body or in the hand, the warmth will expand the gas just fine.
If concerned with what to wear weather wise, we recommend coming prepared for both
weather conditions!

TO: TROCAR CHEMICALS, INC.

FROM: RX DISTRIBUTION, LTD.

SUBJECT: NOTICE OF POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION DUE TO ATTACK
BY ENVIRONMENTALISTS.

DATE: 24-OCT-04

On 01-SEP-04 2354hrs, a distribution convoy received
small arms fire from a local militant environmental
protection group while in transit from TROCAR Chemicals
hidden facility, to dock 16 in Monterey.

During the engagement, a container rolled from one of the
cargo trucks and was lost in the murky waters of the
slew.  Due to time constraints and local law enforcement
activity, we were unable to recover the lost container.

While it appears that local wildlife has not been
affected, we are led to believe that the spill has had
ill affects on the human population in the area.  Our
investigation has uncovered rumors of several of the
bodies of deceased militant group have been reanimated
and have returned home where they are reverting to acts
of cannibalism with many of the locals disappearing only
to reappear with the same behaviors.

Channel 12, KRIP News, aired the following statement:
"We've just received reports that the dead are returning
to life and are committing these heinous acts of violence
on the living.  If you come into contact with one of
these individuals, notify the authorities and seek
immediate medical attention." While none of this has been
confirmed, we believe these behaviors may be a direct
result of contamination by the contents of the lost
container.

We have confirmed that local law enforcement has begun
investigations in the area to determine the source of
these rumors.

Due to the serious nature of this situation, RX
Distribution, LTD. must cease all shipments and deny all
involvement with TROCAR Chemicals until this situation
has been resolved.

We recommend deployment of your SWAT-HAZMAT team to
destroy all evidence including the eradication of all
infected individuals in the area.

OPERATION: BIOHAZARD

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

1. Insert by teams of 6 via helo transport at LZ
Halloween.

2. Avoid all contact with local law enforcement personnel.

3. Locate, secure and decontaminate lost chemical
container.

4. Neutralize all primary infected.

5. Return to LZ Halloween for extraction with container.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVE:

1. Neutralize as many secondary infected persons as
possible.

If discovered, this situation could lead to a federal
investigation into TROCAR Chemicals, Inc.  We cannot
allow this to happen.  Compensation will be generous for
mission success.

Rules and Regulations

This is a pistol game only (TM's non-blowback MK23 will
not be permitted nor is any other Airsoft pistol which
shoots bbs above 300fps with .20bbs)!  No shotguns, AEGs,
gas blowback SMGs, sniper rifles, etc..., will be
permitted.  Red gas is also not permitted!  All guns MUST
be chrono’d at 300fps with .20bbs and below with green
gas, and tagged before game-start.  An empty magazine
must be provided to the controller to load with gas and
bbs for chrono.  Full-auto pistols are allowed.  Ammo is
restricted at two magazines per pistol (no extra bbs).
One in the gun and one spare!  Additional ammo and gas
will be hidden throughout the field.  All players MUST
have latex or vinyl mask in which their safety
glasses/goggles will fit over, preferably mouth-free to
prevent your goggles from fogging.  No plastic or
styrofoam masks will be allowed as they will need to be
placed in the map pocked of your BDU pants.  You can
either choose to purchase one (retail for about $3.99) or
a basic/generic one will be provided (see attached
picture for mask type).  A prize will be awarded for the
best “playable” zombie mask brought to the field!  *Any
violations of these and following rules will result in
immediate ejection from the game and escorting off the
property.

All those in attendance MUST bring safety goggles, and a
mask (optional but recommended.  See attached file for
type of mask), and sign a release form stating that all
rules and regulations have been thoroughly read and
clearly comprehended.

Minors (persons under the age of 18) are welcome to
attend with parental consent.  All minors are required to
have the release form (see below) completed and signed by
a parent or legal guardian upon arrival to game site(a
sibling cannot be considered a legal guardian unless
legally appointed as such).  All minors MUST comply with
special safety regulations.  Violations of this rule will
result in dismissal from participation in OPERATION:
BIOHAZARD.

0700hrs: All Controllers are required to arrive for
briefing of daily duties.

0800hrs: Player arrival time.  Upon arrival they will be
approached and requested to sign in on the register.  If
they have not pre-registered, they can register by paying
$25 for each person.  Upon signing in they will be given
a map, mask (if none brought) and shall be marked with
the appropriate arm band of their team.  The colors are
as follows: Purple for TROCAR and BLUE for Police.
EVERYONE including zombies get marked!  After signing
in/registering, they will then proceed to the chrono with
their gun and 1 empty magazine.  Green gas and 3 .20bbs
will then be loaded into their gun and fired for
chronoing purposes.  Once the gun has successfully been
tagged, the player may return to their vehicle to prepare
for the game.

0930hrs: All players must rally.  A controller will begin
discussing the “rules” as stated in the rules/release
form and all special rules below.  Stragglers will be
sent up to be briefed on the rules.  Once the rules are
over, they may return to their preparation.  The only
exception to this rule is NAM personnel.

Additional rules; please pay close attention to these
special rules:

TROCAR employees & Police:  Each of these players is
allowed 2 mags with each pistol (this includes the one in
the gun), however, they are not limited to how many
pistols they have.  Violators will be ejected from the
game.  Extra gas and bbs are prohibited.  Extra bbs and
gas have been strewn in secret locations in the field and
must be found in order to replenish empty magazines!
These players follow all typical rules of engagement.
However, if a Police officer should “Kill” a TROCAR
employee, then that employee can be revived via a medic
disk and is considered arrested and must holster his
guns.  If a ZOMBIE situation should arise, the TROCAR
employee may pull his guns if asked to do so by a Police
Officer.  At that point he may flee once the engagement
is over.  When live players are shot out, they become
zombies.  See below for instructions on what to do if
shot out.

ZOMBIES: Distinguished by THE mask.  Zombies do not use
guns.  If a TROCAR or Police Officer is tagged, comes
into physical contact with or a zombie gets within 5 feet
of him, the live players are considered dead (only 1
“live” player at a time per zombie can die!).  The only
exception to the 5 foot rule is if a “live” player is
hiding.  The only exception to the physical contact rule
is if the zombie has been shot out.  The “dead” player
lies down and the zombie kneels over the player and
“mimics” eating until the downtime is up.  The zombie
will pull THE mask from the left map pocket of his
"victim" while the downtime is continuing.  Once the
downtime is up, the player then holsters his weapons,
stands with THE mask and becomes a zombie.  Zombies may
either lumber around or they may run after their kills if
they so desire.  Zombies do not use team tactics.  They
may gang up on a single or group of “live” players but
cannot use ambush or advanced tactics.  Remember, you’re
dead.

DO NOT SHOOT A ZOMBIE WHILE THEY ARE "EATING!" AS THEY
WILL BE ASSISTING DOWN PLAYERS WITH THEIR MASKS.
*VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN EJECTION FROM THE GAME!

To kill a zombie:
Pistol: Shoot it 3 times in the center mass to kill it
(automatic shots only count with a prolonged burst!).
Head shots, arm shots, back shots, legs, etc… do not
count!
Machine Gun: 3 single shots, three bursts or a prolonged
burst in the center mass of the zombie.
Shotgun: A single shot to the center mass.

The latter 2 have been hidden in the field by controllers
pre-game.

Zombies may not turn away from shots, and ARE encouraged
to turn into them.  Remember, you’re dead…and hungry!
EXTREMETY SHOTS, again, head, arms, back, and legs DO NOT
COUNT!
Only center mass shots count.  When a zombie is
shot out, they lie down for the designated down time of 3
minutes and then rise up again.  Zombies cannot play dead
and must fall when shot out.  They do not call out.
Again, zombies will not call out.  The mere action of
them falling signifies that they’ve been shot out.  If
you are caught shooting an “out” zombie you will be
warned.  A second shooting and violators will be asked to
leave the game.

If the machine gun/shotgun is found and the finder is
turned into a zombie, that player then slings the gun on
their person and cannot use it.  If that zombie is then
shot out, the “live” player may pick up the machine
gun/shotgun and any ammo and use it.

Securing the Container:
To secure the container, all primary infected (marked
with red tape) MUST be shot out and the barrel held for a
period of no less than a minute.  This means that when
the first zombie is shot out, the live players have less
than 3 minutes to kill the rest and hold the barrel.
Once the container has been secured, the primary infected
will remove their tape and proceed into the field as
normal zombies.  If the container is not secured then the
tape is not removed!

1000hrs: Players will be inserted into the field.

Police will establish their base at the EAST GATE
entrance.  Players may set security and divide up into
squads, etc…

TROCAR will establish their insertion point across from
the WEST GATE.    They must divide and line in 2 lines of
6-man teams and await the whistle blow.

THE FENCED IN HILL IS A NEUTRAL NO-FIRE ZONE!

1015hrs:
A whistle blow will signal the beginning of the
game.

Police may enter the field freely and begin their
operations.

TROCAR must enter in 2 6-man teams at a time.  Once they
reach their insertion point, the next group may enter the
field.  This continues until all personnel are inserted.
If the numbers do not line up, then the last group will
go in with what they have.  Each 6-man team may begin
play the moment “touchdown” has been established.
(Stragglers may just join in if they arrive after TROCAR
has been inserted.)

1230hrs: 1 hour lunch break.

1330hrs: OPERATION: BIOHAZARD resumes with EVERYONE
switching sides.  Zombies become TROCAR and Police, and
vice versa.  The same insertion methods described above
still apply for the insertion of each team.

1600hrs: 3 sharp whistle blows will signal the end of the
game.  All players will exit the field and return to the
briefing area for debriefing.

1615hrs: A controller will debrief the players, hold a
Q&A and address any comments or suggestions.  Once the
debriefing is over, the game is concluded and prizes will
be raffled.

PLAYERS:  PLEASE COLLECT ALL TRASH AND MAKE CERTAIN IT
EITHER GOES WITH YOU OR IS THROWN IN A TRASH RECEPTICAL.

Below is an example of what type of mask you should pick
up for OPERATION: BIOHAZARD.  If you are unable to pick
up a mask, you will be provided with a generic one.

*registration fees will not be refunded for violations
which result in expulsion from game!
