Mr. Argento,
You are well aware of last year's ruling on a company-wide ban from testing of the R.I.P. Virus pending the outcome of Federal indictments.
Unfortunately, it would appear that one of the scientists directly involved in supervising the project made what I can only assume as a
back-door deal with a small faction of the terrorist group known as Red Star.
Our sources have informed us that Red Star was successful in unsanctioned testing of the virus on the local populace. There was also an
attempt at duplicating the virus and selling samples to other, unknown terrorist groups. It is fortunate that Red Star was unable to contain
the outbreak and, as has become the common result, the outbreak spread, contaminating the area with an infection rate of 100%.
The local government has appealed to the United Nations to send aid to assist with quarantining what they're under the assumption is a new
strain of rabies, requiring, however, that local sanctions regarding armaments be respected.
Now for the good news...
Once again, we will need to send in the SWAT-HAZMAT team under the guise of a UN Security force to help contain the outbreak. I would
recommend we take it one step further and completely sanitize the area. I don't think I need to tell you what this implies, nor the importance
your mission has to the company.

SUBJECT: MISSION DETAILS AND PARAMETERS
Listen up team. We're set to deploy internationally, to the small country of Mossland. This mission is simple and straightforward sweep and
clear. Eliminate all hostiles. Friends in intelligence have informed me that Red Star will be deploying a small team into the area to acquire
a sample. I suspect this means they are preparing to trap one of the infected and transport him out of the region for further testing. Based
on this intel, your standing order regarding Red Star is the same as the infected. Shoot on site and eliminate all hostiles. We want this
matter contained. Unfortunately current Mossland sanctions ban everything but small arms in this region. Seeing as we're going in under the
cover of a United Nations security team, those sanctions must be adhered to.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
1. Insert in teams of 6 at LZ Halloween
2. Locate and detonate contamination source
3. Intercept Red Star and prevent them from acquiring a "sample"
2. Eliminate all hostiles
5. Extract via LZ Samhain
We need to pull this off completely, quickly and quietly. I'll treat you all to a beer at the pub when this is over!
